Feedback that lands where you work

Client feedback goes straight into the tools your team already uses, with the page, the browser and a link back to the snapshot. No copying, no screenshots in chat.

How it works

Set it up once per tool

Connect once

The workspace owner connects each tool in a click. Slack is connected per client project, by anyone on the team.

Each client, their own place

Every project picks where its feedback goes: a Jira project, an Asana project, a Trello list, a ClickUp list or a Slack channel.

By hand or as it arrives

Send one item or a batch from the list, or switch on auto-send so new feedback becomes a ticket the moment your client sends it.

One comment, everything a developer needs

Client feedback that arrives by email has to be retyped before anyone can work on it. When it comes through Scopepin, the ticket writes itself: the client's words, the page, who sent it, their browser and screen size, a count of JavaScript errors, the scope call once you've made it, and a link back to the snapshot, recording, replay and console.

Triage first if you like: answer questions, close duplicates and flag extra work in Scopepin, then send the real fixes in one go. Or switch on auto-send per project and every new comment becomes a ticket as it arrives. Your client keeps talking to you by email and follows progress from a link, so they never need an account in your tools.

Questions

Which plans include integrations?

Slack works on every plan. Jira, Asana, Trello, ClickUp, the API and webhooks come with Pro and Agency.

Do my clients need accounts in these tools?

No. Clients only ever see the feedback button on the site. The tools are for your team.

What's in each ticket?

The client's words, the page, who sent it, their browser and screen size, the scope once you've confirmed it, and a link back to the item in Scopepin with the page snapshot.

Do you work with Zapier or Make?

Apps for both are in review. Until they're listed, the API and webhooks cover the same triggers and actions.

Does it send our scope notes to the client's tools?

Only to the tools you connect, which are your team's. Nothing about scope ever reaches your client.
