Billing questions
- How does billing work?
- Pro is billed monthly or yearly, by card. You get an invoice by email for every payment.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, any time, from your account → Manage billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then moves to Free. Nothing is deleted; you just can't keep more than 5 private items until you upgrade again.
- Do you give refunds?
- We do not give partial refunds for unused time unless the law where you live requires it. If something is broken and we cannot fix it, email us and we will sort it out.
- Is there a free trial?
- The Free plan is the trial: use Scopepin without an account. The advanced features work on the built-in examples, so you can try them before you pay.
- What about Team?
- Team is coming soon. It will cover up to five editors in one account at a flat price.
- Is VAT or sales tax added?
- Tax is added where we have to collect it, based on your billing address, and shown at checkout before you pay.
